    ※Entry with an assistance dog is permitted if you inquire in advance.

  • We may ask you to leave if you are deemed by a staff member to pose a risk or if you do not obey a staff member.

  • At Hakone Glass no Mori Venetian Glass Museum, still and video photography is permitted for personal, private use only.
  • Refrain from using monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, flashlights, and other forms of lighting equipment inside the museum (indoors).
  • We may prohibit photography of certain special exhibitions.
  • When photographing works that are exhibited without protective casing, keep a distance to preserve the works.
  • Refrain from any forms of photography that would interfere with the enjoyment of other visitors.
